In many ways, the OS is the gift that keeps on giving.

I'm passed being pissed off about it now, it's just so amateurish, bodged and second rate in every department that you have to laugh

Standers, smokers and swearers are one thing, but they'll never remove the riff raff.

The club are loving this. It's all part of Brady's plan to turn us into Arsenal II. It's a part of an engineered project to rid us of all standers, smokers, swearers and general riff raff and replace them with corporate types or tourists as they spend more money.

So is it true/confirmed that zero plod will not enter the stadium until the radio signals have been set up, which could take months? Sorry, I can'k keep up.

PS: What happened to the London Arena? Stil being used? Watched the Benn/McClennan fight there.

"I have stood at West Ham games, home and away, all my life. My seat at the London Arena is in a block where few, if any stand. When I bought my seat I was initially offered a seat that required Nelson's telescope just to see the pitch."

Fuck me ATH - that's pretty good going to be able to see the pitch with a telescope from your seat at the London Arena - which is on the Isle of Dogs!

'The Club is working hard to move likeminded supporters into areas to enhance their match day experience. This process commenced ahead of the Watford game and has already proved successful in key areas. The Club will continue prioritising this approach around the stadium'

It's a bit late in the day to start moving families away from the more 'vociferous' elements of our support. You'd almost think Lady Knightsbridge and our genius owners had overlooked putting in an iconic family stand while they had 60000 empty seats to do what the fuck they liked with but they couldn't be that stupid, could they?

Agree 100% mate
This farcical situation with plod and the radios about sums it up.

Re: Club Statement on Watford / Stadium issues
What's really shocking is that this has been dragging on since October 2014. The club may be just a tenant but they must have been aware of this and surely know enough about football to have foreseen there would be security issues.

If the flat you're renting has a safety issue, I don't fucking care what it says on the lease, you get onto the landlord. It may not be the club's direct responsibility or fault, but they do have a responsibility towards their fans/paying customers (after all, did they not sell them the tickets?) This looks like dereliction of duty by all concerned.

As I understand it's the ground owners who have the responsibility to have this airwave system in the stadium and they have obviously cut costs by trying not to have it.
I understand they have now been bounced into it and will work with the police to install it.
They had the bloke who was in charge of stadium security at the Olympics on the BBC London tv news and he seemed astonished that it wasn't there as a matter of course.

As usual the 3 stooges are passing the buck .why dont the club demand the right to hire the police and proper stewards out the clubs coffers on matchdays .its good pr if we offered to do it .but as usual with this mob its all about cutting corners . The sooner they sell up the better .

You may or may not have read this about the airwave radio but I just did: what a shocking clusterfuck. No one looks good here.

I don't think the LAW says we cannot stand, but the applied interpretation of that law (i.e just rules based on an INTERPRETATION of that law) as applied by a private enterprise say we can't.

I'd be very surprised if someone ever ended up in a court of law for the crime of "persistent standing".

It's nothing to do with the Club or the stadium owners. It's the rules.
